Good interview, easy process, would recommend.
Benefits packages are the typical Omnicom offerings. Not the best. The premiums at 180 are more than double other Omnicom agencies and have gone up again for the 2017 year. I feel bad for anyone who has a child or spouse because the monthly premiums are higher than a mortgage payment in many areas. 401K vesting is 20% per year, but the turnover rate is barely more than a year. If you come from another Omnicom agency, you can keep your vestment at least. Holidays are few because we are closed between Christmas and New Years. You have access to the typical Omnicom discounts (some cell carriers, some car manufacturers, Apple (like 1% discount), and a few other random discounts). Access to Lynda.com (which is good because that's the only training you really get).
Great health insurance and 401K matching under Omnicom
