This company does have a 401(K) match that has been paid out in 2017 and 2018. Also, there was a change in benefit providers to Blue Cross Blue Shield and Delta Dental, both of which have larger networks so it's helpful when seeking treatment.
Not very comprehensive in my opinion
No 401k match, medical benefits expensive. No yearly raises. Company had an incentive bonus for corporate employees but didn’t pay out even know goals were clearly made.
Has a good wellness program and the company contributes to HSA
There are no benefits. The company is so terribly mismanaged that they don't have enough cash flow to pay benefits.
I think the benefit plan is ok for a company of this size. Nothing spectacular. This company does fall short in 401k matching. They have not consistently provided a 401k matching program.
Lots of health insurance options
They are not matching 401K, health insurance very expensive and the plans are not good.
Comprehensive medical, dental and vision at good rates. Lots of extra support from HR dealing with reimbursements, special circumstances, etc. Strong employee assistance program.
Disability Package, and post op care that in my own situation demanded an eventual resolution of a termination of my original three year contract at 18 months.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
