“Great insurance plans and they have plenty of options to choose from that fit a budget. There is even coverage for special circumstances.”
“It was hard for them to keep the class under control which makes it difficult to learn. They also kept switching out our trainer which was strange. Again, no consistency with management. ”
“You work up to it but good luck in scheduling it off half the time. ”
Great insuarnace vision, dental, health. No 401k or retirement plan of any kind
expensive for minimum coverage mostly.
Really not worth the job, insurance is expensive even for the cheapest tier.
The company cover a small portion of the overall health insurance cost.
When I was employed with 24-7 in touch there were no benefit packages offered to me
paid time off, 401k, health insurance. Dental, vision, D Nad D.
Can only qualify for benefits after a year and if you've worked a certain amount of hours.
The health benefits are way to expensive for poor health insurance. You'll be better off getting health insurance from a 3rd party source then getting it here. If you have kids, then expect to pay $400+ a month, which will be almost half of your paycheck.
The only benefit of working there is that its steady and you can get health insurance.
The only company perks they offer are actually perks from the clients. The company does not offer any perks themselves. They talk a lot about the perks but, nothing has come to fruition.
