The coverage is somewhat pricey for limited health benefits. It's still not an unreasonable price. The holidays off are nice.
Unaffordable limited benefits. If you are single it's manageable. If you have a plus one, the price just doesn't justify 150.00-175.00 deductions per pay period for the basic wages that you start at
Great dental and vision plan. Medical is pricey with high deductibles. Paid time off after a year is great. No options at all however for needing personal days off for things like weddings, surgeries, emergencies, paid or unpaid. You are pretty screwed if you need any time off at all other than your scheduled days.
Nothing there isn't one. At least not for tier one employees. And nobody makes it to tier two. Ever.

Benefits package include: medical, dental, and vision. Vacation hours are accrued after your first year of service to the company. If you are wanting time off, you have to submit a request form in at least 90 days prior to set date. You will then be placed in a waiting pool, which is based on a ranking system. You may be the only person on that list, but never get that day off. No paid holidays, but once in a while, they do offer regular OT and double OT
