Ability to take unlimited time off. Paid hours are handled separately so you can choose when to get them paid out. However, the amount of paid time off scales based on how much time you work at around 4% of your check. Availability of when you can take time off and if you can pay vacation out if you haven't taken any time off also varies based on your position. They go from busy seasons with a lot of overtime availability offered, sometimes at double and triple your regular rate, and slow seasons with lots of planned time off and voluntary time off, which you can request to be paid if you have/want to use the hours. This is a good job for creatives who stockpile money by working overtime/double overtime to finance taking time off during the slow periods.
The best thing about their benefit package is that they do at least offer medical, dental, vision benefits along with PTO. Costs of the medical benefits are high and you can not use your PTO until after your first full year of employment.
Does so much to be "fun" that its kinda uncomfortable
The plans are expensive, do not cover a whole lot.
The worst thing is the health insurance, its really not that great. And their is no 401k at 24-7 and the H.R. seriously was talking me into getting all dental, visual and eye insurances when I don't even need all of them almost like they wanted me to get more money taken off my paycheck. Wow that's nice of them.
healthy insurance, 401k, PTO etc.
Horrible health insurance, no 401k, no holiday pay
Health insurance is necessary and I appreciate this option. I'm also very satisfied with the two weeds paid time off every year.
The health insurance is not the best, its over priced. However the vison and Dental are awesome and very reasonably priced.
Bad set up. No paid holidays, no sick days, costly medical, no life insurance or 401k. With that set up, no one should stay here very long.
