I highly enjoy the company perks and the ability to work with me based on my school schedule
the benefits package is good and is fairly comprehensive but it is relatively expensive to pay into, particularly for dependents!
The company is a good one. The hiring process is fairly quick. Benefits available is a plus. Promotions are a hit or miss.
Expensive for poor benefits with a high deductible.
There is a basic benefits package. This is helpful in lieu of selecting your own.
Noncompetitive health insurance benefits. Depending on the account you work on, you will have different types of employee discounts depending upon the nature of the client's business. The discount I have for the account I work is a decent retail discount.
No holiday pay because it's a Canadian company, there's no "sick days" or understanding if you need to call off work for being sick or an emergency. They follow an attendance plan that only allows you to miss so much time in a certain frame without being fired-- no exceptions to the write-ups unless you're on MLOA or FMLA.
Everything is just so expensive- for very little coverage. It just doesn't cut it for someone who has actual health issues.
Just above minimum wage and a PTO policy that makes you wait a year, because most people don't stay that long.
You CANNOT afford it at 12.00 an hour
