There is no Vacation and PTO takes a year before you can even see how many hours you have to use during the next year.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Customer Service Representative in Aurora, Colorado

You receive no vacation, ever, unless you are promoted like 3 times. Paid time off is only accrued after 1 year of employment. I assume part-time doesn't qualify.

We are provide with coupons to be able to use every year, but we never have the time to use them or take the time off to be able to view a guest point of view.

I will qualify net month to use what I have earned. The pros are that its a benefit you get. The con is it still must be pre planned and approved by your supervisor who can deny it.

Standard week to start. Nothing fancy or good. Need to work a bunch of holidays and it's mandatory.

The worst about the PTO is that, while it accrues all year, it only becomes available to use once every year.

They only have PTO, but you can not use any of it until after your first year and they usually give you up to 2 weeks.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Supervisor in Aurora, Colorado

2 weeks PTO (no sick pay or anything else). You can ONLY use it after 1 year employment

you had to wait a year to utilize it but that is no different then most places.

I was approved for my vacation for my honeymoon when I brought it up to my supervisor when I first began to work at the company.
