If you work for corporate you get pretty decent benefits. Medical, dental and vision - you have to choose the package you want but can decide if you want to opt for PPO or HMO. Corporate team members get a free membership and discount on personal training sessions.

They didn't offer much, they don't even tell you what you have, honestly it's just an good job to get through school, no vacation hour unless you work full time. Only give you 15% discount once a year you can get 50% in certain time so they can get rid of the stuff

StarStarStarStarStar Former Assistant Sales Manager in San Francisco, California

For the position of Assistant Sales Manager you are hired to sell membership, training people, create strategic sales plans, help all team members (personal, managers, Customers rep,...). You`re hired part-time, earn $14 an hour and you have to achieve the goal for every hour they pay you. Inside sales contract, which means that you have to sell for every hour you work. They pay you the minimum wage and hire you as a part-time, but you have to work full time, every day (but they won`t pay you any benefits or extra hours). The work environment for sales people are terrible, because everybody want to achieve the goal, sales people can be very unprofessional.
