Great medical, dental, and vision. Opportunities with 401K match. Moved to unlimited PTO in 2020 that was a mess due to COVID-19 and the program being suspended.
Decent health dental and vision coverage
Like the HSA (Health Savings Account) option
Expensive and benefits are subpar
Removed 401K matching and most of incentive pay.
The company has not made investments in keeping benefits competitive. Bankruptcy last year put a pause on 401K, which was already a limited benefit. Not competitive.
Vacation was tough to accumulate because as a new trainer, you don't automatically start with 35 hours per week. Takes a few years to reach that.
Average benefits but the company makes it almost impossible to meet hourly requirements.
