Most all benefits are fitness related and very generous. Bonus program while performance based is very robust.
you do not qualify for benefits until you have work a six month period of working full time hours which means for all the trainers who do not train at least thirty sessions minimum a week, you dont gte benefits until you have achieved that for six months consistently.
