Working at 24 Hour Fitness you receive a free gym membership to any 23 Hour Fitness in the country and a discount on all merchandise and supplements in the facility.
you do not qualify for benefits until you have work a six month period of working full time hours which means for all the trainers who do not train at least thirty sessions minimum a week, you dont gte benefits until you have achieved that for six months consistently.
The benefits are pretty good if you decide to partake in them. You must maintain full-time status for 6 months (no vacations during this time!) to qualify. Discounts on all regular priced products and personal training. Maternity leave benefits could be better. They also offer something called Helping Hands--you can submit a grant application if you go through something that could qualify for financial assistance, even if you don't pay into it.
