The free gym membership is definitely the best. But the product discount could be better.

You receive sick time, paid vacation time if you work full time.

Free membership. only the managers get benefits, everyone else is automatically part time so they don't have to give their employees benefits.

Had to pay for benefits package, but wasn't anything outrageous.

The best are the free gym membership and discounted training The worst are the 15% employee discount in regular prices items, low amount of vacation days you can earn, and low 401k match.

They do not provide any benefits to trainers working less than 60 sessions every 2 weeks. In addition, that structure makes your ability to take vacation extremely problematic. Furthermore, during slow times of the year (e.g. summer break for kids, the holiday season) you could be dropped from benefits because your clients train less. This company does not care about its employees.

$16 for holiday pay? Not $16/hour mind you, $16 TOTAL for the day. That’s insulting. And where does that number come from? What a random amount. Can’t wait to miss spending a holiday with my family for the generous bonus that won’t even buy half a tank of gas. :-/ Time and a half is retail industry standard folks.

The only people who really benefitted from the benefits were upper management. PTO and sick pay was only for managers.
