    It's continuous but it gets capped at 240 vacation and 40 sick hours. make sure you use it if you are at the max.

    OK, again not amazing comparatively. Start w/ one week paid per year (I believe so in 2015, they did 10+ years ago) after X number of days. Gradually increases over time. When I quit after 15+ years, I was getting 3 wks paid/year.
