Best thing was that it paid out even after leaving the company.

  • Feb 01, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Current Club Manager in San Jose, California

2 weeks per year is about standard, you would think with all the unpaid overtime the Club managers put in, they would give you a little more.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Sales Manager in San Francisco, California

After 6 months & 1,000 hours, 1 hour for every 30 hours worked doesn't add up to much.

OK, again not amazing comparatively. Start w/ one week paid per year (I believe so in 2015, they did 10+ years ago) after X number of days. Gradually increases over time. When I quit after 15+ years, I was getting 3 wks paid/year.

  • Aug 14, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Former Master Trainer in Oxnard, California

Full pay at $25/hr, for 40 hrs, for 7 days paid vacation

  • Jun 06, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Former Master Trainer in Fairfax, Virginia

Paid vacation can be nice if you're a master trainer because it is based on your aggregate wage for your sessions.

  • May 29, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Former Senior Manager in San Ramon, California

They had a typical offering of three weeks for corporate employees (full time).
