Benefits – at 2U we offer a great benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, maternity leave, 401k matching, etc.
2U also provides full tuition payment to encourage employees to continue their education by participating in programs with our university partners. After 12 months of full time employment and continued satisfactory service, all full-time employees are eligible for this program.
In addition, we offer a friends & family tuition benefit! Eligible friends & family of 2U employees can receive a $10,000 tuition benefit to be applied toward tuition costs for any 2U-enabled program.
no sick day, but 15-20 pto days built in, if hitting goals can use whenever. no work from home policy unless bad weather, 401k and stock options, 2 raises a year
The 401K plan is decent, medical is great, I really struggled with the dental plan. It is below my current company's plan.
Unlimited PTO, casual dress code. People managing the benefits are too young to really know your options, and you feel threatened if you need to take medical leave or similar. You want to develop and grow in the company? Good luck!
benefits and mario smash bros and pay of okay but nice people overall and a good place to work for anybody
Best things: Medical (Cigna beginning in Jan 2019), Dental, Vision, HSA, 401K, PTO, Volunteer Time Off (VTO), Medical Appointment Leave (can arrive or depart 3 hours early for medical appointments), short and long term disability, life insurance (2x salary automatically). Employees are eligible to work from home after their probationary period is over. Employees can earn points for healthy lifestyle behaviors such as taking lunch away from their desks or using the stairs instead of the elevator. A fully-equipped gym makes this easy to do. Worst thing: Nothing I can think of. Benefits packages are affordable and comprehensive.
The best part is the tuition reimbursement. However, employees must stay at the company 2 years after they finish that program.
Pretty standard, nothing special but what you would expect any employer to give. Doesn't make up for other culture and growth issues though
It is a decent package but lacks in many options. For example, there's only one health insurance vendor with three plans to choose from, even though they're one of the best in the industry.
The tuition benefit is the best benefit 2U offers.
bad. thats all. real bad
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
