MyTime Unlimited Paid Time Off
MyTime empowers 2Utes to take the time they need, when they need it, and without worrying about PTO accruals, sick days, vacation days, and so on. MyTime includes unlimited PTO, holidays and other types of paid leave such as Parental, Military, and Appointment Leave.
Through the 2U Tuition Benefit Program, 2U proudly supports eligible 2Utes (and their eligible family members) in continuing their education through our domestic graduate programs and short courses by reimbursing the cost of tuition.
2U provides full tuition payment to encourage employees to continue their education by participating in programs with 2U university partners and short courses.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)

Unlimited PTO is probably the best benefit here. Although medical, dental and vision weren’t very expensive for any level.
Amazing tuition benefit if you want to stay there 4+ years! Otherwise, nothing that stands out!. Typical vision, dental, health, etc.

Unlimited PTO, health insurance, 401K policy, stock options. The best perk is a free degree however you need to stay for x amount of years to pay it off. Cool office culture including game room, ping pong, and unlimited snacks. As a remote employee perks are very limited. Good perks however it is compensating for low salary

The best part of 2U’s benefits is the unlimited PTO. The worst part is the 401K plan.
Unlimited PTO is good. Other benefits are weak at best
Unlimited PTO is nice. They also have a fairly generous family leave policy, where both parents can take 12 weeks off in fully paid leave. Snacks, coffee, and cold brew in the office. Bagels every other Monday. Main complaints is there isn't a good gym benefit and the 401(k) is pretty bad. The company is also bad about matching in time. This year our 401(k) matching was 6 months late.
