360's culture is extremely important to our organization, and we work to improve it regularly. Recently our employees have told us they need more flexibility in their work schedules, start and end times, and work locations. We have worked to accommodate every request as best we can, and have a happier workforce because of it! Our team attends regular get-togethers and trips outside the office, and we have increased the number and frequency of these events over the past year. From our annual pool party to monthly team outings at locations ranging from escape rooms to restaurants and happy hours, we celebrate the people in our organization as often as we can.
We take our employees' mental health very seriously, and we know that working at a fast-paced small company has its challenges with work-life balance. To avoid burnout, we schedule regular prioritization meetings with direct and second-level supervisors to make sure our team is focusing only on the most important things. We involve our family members as much as possible in events, meetings, and other gatherings so employees don't feel like they have to choose between work and family. We offer generous paid time off and maternity leave packages since we know that these times are incredibly important. We offer an abundance of healthy snacks in our office kitchen, and offer several private rooms where employees can go to relax and decompress when they are feeling overwhelmed. Finally, we offer diversions in the office like a Pac-Man game and a giant yoga ball (and usually someone's furry friend) to provide a brain break when things get a little too intense.
