    There was a gentleman who physically came to our company two or three times per week to office employee assistance plus he had a private office if we wished to go there for consultation. Great idea!

    I know this is available, but haven't used it. In the plant I work at the EAP people are not 3M'ers, they are from a separate organization ran by the county, I believe...likely to keep confidentiality.

    They offer assistance for things like finding a daycare, but they only have people in Minnesota, so it is not helpful. I can just Google if all I want is a random list in my city. Offer counciling and help with dealing with aging parents, and free financial advice thru Ernst & Young.
