15% off, up to 10% of your pre-tax earnings. Stock pays dividends, so that's a plus. Have to hold on to stock for a year to get the 15%, then at least another year to have that 15% be charged long-term tax rates (though, the tax calculations are a little more complicated than that if withdrawing between 1-2 years of holding).
Very aggressive compared to other fortune 500 companies. Wish they had profit-sharing at the lower levels though.
