Competitive offering in all aspects of healthcare
cost, I went to a flex account with catastrophic because it is cheaper to use tax deductible money than pay for their full coverage. If I quit and was able to get it through Obamacare, it would be a much better deal.
Most doctors and hospitals were covered by the Health Insurance Plan.
Self insured. Pushing employees hard to high deductible plans. Premiums climb more than local market every year. Make employees earn credit by "healthy behaviors" activities. Seems like long term goal is to limit corporate contribution to HSA match.
High deductible - moving to the HSA model
Average health insurance. Premium goes up every year, which is normal. Not too pricey, not extremely cheap. Multiple plans to choose from.

At one time was very diverse with many choices. Now limited choices, remains okay, but high deductable.
Not bad they the Health savings account was great not many people used it
The plan is good on paper, but the network for the past 2 years (cigna) is just awful. We also now pay 100% before deductible is met for visits that used to be covered at the 80% level.
