Adequate vacation time for new employees, slow escalation, excellent for employees who have been with the company for a long time.
Starts low (2 weeks) but grows with tenure to 5 weeks.
For the U.S. based employees, time off does accumulate a little slowly and should maybe be a little more. Takes 10 years to get 4 weeks off and 19 years to get 5 weeks off. Then no more after that.

A person can have up to seven bosses, vacation time must be schedule by all bosses. no paid time off. If you miss because your sick you can rake up points and be fired also clock-in at 7am if one minute late even if accident or rd construction has occurred ,you get a point.
There are 11 payed holidays, 3 or 4 of which can be chosen by the employee. New employees start with two weeks vacation. It is no longer possible to bank vacation from year-to-year.
Standard plans 2 weeks 3 weeks at 5 years and 4 weeks 10 years
It starts as low as 10 days for 0-4yrs of service, then becomes 15 days.
2 weeks of vacation, plus several days of personal holidays for those first starting at the company. It raises to 3 weeks after 4 years and 4 weeks after 10 years.
All benefits are paid before and after vacation.
