They follow the big company norm. Forgiving on time off requests. Most major holidays are covered.
2 weeks starting, non-negotiable. 3 weeks at 4 years. Can still get up to 5 weeks, if you are here for a long time.
The worst thing about the vacation is how management monitors it. There is not a flexible scheduling option.

Based on time of employment. Salaried can negotiate extra vacation during hiring process if they have prior experience.
The mix of vacation, short and long term disability, misc time off, etc is good.
15 holidays per year (4-5 flexible), I have a non-standard arramgement for vacation days beyond that, above the typical number
you start with two weeks vacation and as your seniority grows so does your vacation time like most companies. You will finish around five weeks I believe.
I get plenty of time off including paid holidays, however, I believe they could allow you to earn more vacation.
