This is a very competitive benefits package for a smaller marketing and technology company. Better than benefits I have had at top-rated consulting and marketing firms.
Best: includes Finfit which is a personal finance management and loan company which is a very generous gesture to their employees. Worst: time off or even sick time is not enough when some folks have families may fall ill more common than not.
Having the flexibility to work from home occasionally is great and overall benefits (i.e. health, dental, etc.) are pretty good in comparison to companies of similar sizes.
Profit sharing is very generous, 401k match is generous and begins day 1 of employment, health insurance is on par with larger companies, Paid time off for 1st year employees is good - better than many similar small companies.
No vesting period on the 401k with 4% match.
Transparency on the bottom line that helps drive an amazing Profit Share program. Good Health Benefits, not great but its good.
Good matching 401k, 90% paid insurance, awesome profit sharing program, everyone participates in strategic thinking, and the best benefit of all is the incredibly delightful and fulfilling team spirit and engagement.
I suppose the best thing about the benefits package is the vacation. However, the fact that we're small enough to take everyone's unique situation into account when strange things come up (something that is hard to show in a checklist) is even more valuable.
