I can honestly describe 411 Local policy about Maternity & Paternity Leave as an extremely tolerant one. Really tolerant and supportive.
Really tolerant and supportive policy in regrds to Maternity and paternity Leave. Is the time a mother or father takes off from work for the birth or adoption of a child

The compnay is very very tolerant to all employees on Maternity & Paternity Leave. Furthurmer some guys are working from home durring the leave. So they are making some extra money

Maternity & Paternity Leave in 411 Locals was great ! Many colleagues used this option, so do I. No worries. Some of the ladies even managed to work from home, while looking after their kids.

Could not say a lot about this. In 411 locals there are many young people and maternity is frequent event.
