reduced hours.. More and more group classes so you can work harder and get payed almost nothing for that extra work. It also is taking away alot of hour of teaching...think about it. If you got 200 students for 1 on 1 classes then that is 200 classes. If 200 students divided into groups of 4 per class then you have 50 classes. 51 talk has cut your classes by 3/4 and pay you a pittance allowance extra per class. So basically it sucks and you work harder and have 75% fewer students.

Flexible hours are great, but you cannot cancel in case of emergency unless you get fined. If students are absent the student pays double but the teacher only gets half pay.

I appreciate being able to open as many lesson slots as I want for potential bookings as long as 30 of those slots fall during peak teaching hours each month.

"You choose your hours" is kind of not true. When hired, you have to work on their peak hours, Beijing time. 6 - 10PM. And that's what you'll have to do. They say you're paid per class you give, which makes sense. But we all need a break and no one can teach 4 hours in a row, so don't expect to make as much as they sell you.
