All best nothing worst about it
flexible hours, and worst is the smart shoppers
Flexible schedule, negative - night shift
I was trained by somebody who was beyond lazy and just wanted to talk and smoke! Worst training experience ever.
You learn the basics and figure the rest out by yourself. It is straightforward.
Nice orientation program. On the job training depends on manager.
Training happens on the job and you get paid but more than likely will be underpaid.
Customers were the best. Management worst
Not any one on one for training. Expect you to learn without the proper training
Much to learn, very minimal focus on making sure everything sticks and doesnt overwhelm. No open line of communication between management and staff. Things are contradictory all the time
