  • Job Training(79 comments)

I was trained by somebody who was beyond lazy and just wanted to talk and smoke! Worst training experience ever.

  • Vision Insurance(14 comments)

Average as anyone else. Nothing great.

  • Occupational Accident Insurance(9 comments)

    Never needed occupational accident insurance

You literally get nothing as a employee. You get one free beverage from the machines. Nothing in a bottle or can. Lots of young individuals who think they don't have to do anything but stand at the register. They promise quick promotions and raises upon completing their training but yet you can only do it on shift and you never have time. When you do have time, there's always something wrong with the system so you can't. It's like a never ending mouse hunt game!

Insurance only matches Obamacare with a $3k deductible for 2 people. 401k match is 50% and you could easily be limited as a "high salaried employee" since the vast majority of staff are lower paid store staff. Training has been non-existent for many years since that's the first item they cut in 1Q due to annual cost reductions.

Decent looking benefits, but you have ti search for them as the employer doesn't like longevity.
