No benefits whatsoever! Well you might get free soda or coffee on your shift if your lucky! Worked for quite a few franchisees and never had any sort of benefits honestly not even any type of designated break. Graveyards...always worked solo which was awful if you had to use the restroom. Dont even think about coffee on that shift! Also only one store I worked at would pay overtime. The other nine franchisees would offer/ ask and expect you to work over 40 hours for regular pay only. Honestly I always did because I really could use the additional money. If you turned down the "opportunity" There would be consequences sometimes hours cut. This is a job where there is no calling out sick. AT ALL. EVER! You will most likely be asked for a pic of you sick and be told to provide a dr notice, a manipulative move knowing you cant afford a dr appt especially without insurance, resulting in really sick and contagious preparing your food, touching all the stuff in the cooler that will touch your lips, all with an A grade from health department! That being said I certainly benefited my self with knowledge, trying to learn any and everything I could. You'll definitely benefit from dealing with such a diverse customer base also in vegas slot machines are in every 7 eleven. So you might make tips.

The worst thing was that if you applied for benefits and you didn't get them, 7-eleven support would do next to nothing to help you get them.

At some 7-Eleven's there are no benefits offered to employees. The current 7-Eleven I work at, considering it is now under a franchise, they will be offering health benefits to employees.
