I work out one of the many outlet retailers. We get a free pair of jeans every quarter. Recently we achieved super bonus status for over exceeding our sales and received .5% of commission from our individual sales and any product in the store that is under $200. Also the employee discount of 30% off is awesome and the store let us recently double discount when the store was running the 40% off sale.
Every quarter we are gifted an outfit If you bonus monthly you’ll be gifted an outfit as well
they don't give part-time people any benefits. If you aren't at least a key holder the company does NOT care about you.
Part-time employees had no chance at receiving benefits but were expected to take on nearly full-time hours.
Best thing were the free clothes. Worst thing were the supervisors, mine openly committed time card fraud. Never worked, were on Grindr all of the time in the back room and then were shocked when employees didn't do what they asked.
The benefits are okay but not the best
if the store makes its month you get two pairs of jean not cash. For your quarterly wardrobe you get two pairs of jeans and a shirt
Benefit package was good, a good health care package with vision and dental. The 401K was decent and after 5 years they would match your funds up to a certain point (I can't remember exactly what).
I worked at an outlet and the prices were AMAZING. The Employee discount was an extra 30% off the Sale price
I worked part time so there's not much of a benefits offer.
