Employee medical is 100% paid, 6 mo maternity leave, Christmas-New Year week off, unlimited PTO
Office community is the biggest perk. Free lunch most always, great ourdoor space to work, beer and snacks on tap. Lots of events happen on campus. There is always something new and exciting happening. Lots of cool and creative people.
You can choose if you want a PPO or HMO. Both are available free of charge. It's a pretty great package.
Best thing unlimited vacation and 401k matching. Health insurance is also nice.
The benefits at 72 is pretty stellar. The company pays for your health insurance, solid 401K (with good company matching), and unlimited PTO (abused by some, not utilized enough by others). Endless amounts of snacks and food and booze which for better or for work means you never have to leave the office. But one thing to keep in mind: the amazing benefits also mean you're working your face off the rest of the time, so you can't have your cake and eat it too.
Snacks, unlimited PTO, cool office space
Health insurance, unlimited PTO, 401k match.
Great health coverage, matching 401K, commuter pre-tax deductions, and "unlimited' PTO - though taking time off can be tricky
I'm sure it's different for full time employees, but interns weren't offered a ton of extra benefits.
Its the best comprehensive packageI I've seen. Definitely better than my last gig.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
