You can choose if you want a PPO or HMO. Both are available free of charge. It's a pretty great package.
Best thing unlimited vacation and 401k matching. Health insurance is also nice.
The benefits at 72 is pretty stellar. The company pays for your health insurance, solid 401K (with good company matching), and unlimited PTO (abused by some, not utilized enough by others). Endless amounts of snacks and food and booze which for better or for work means you never have to leave the office. But one thing to keep in mind: the amazing benefits also mean you're working your face off the rest of the time, so you can't have your cake and eat it too.

Unlimited vacations is definitely the best. But it doesn't matter because when you come back, you have double the work to do.
