At 84.51°, we aim to create a healthy environment; one that promotes a holistic approach to being healthier and happier at work. Within our benefits package, wellness and work-life balance are key components. To promote wellness, we offer various ways to get the 30 minutes of recommended exercise in your day through our onsite fitness center, instructor-led classes, treadmill and cycle desks, an internal walking path, access to Cincy Red Bikes, healthy café options, and fresh fruit and milk on every floor. Looking to take a break? Employees can take advantage of lunch time yoga, relax with our onsite masseuse, take a break in one of our recharge rooms, or meet up with friends in our gaming area. We realize that employees have a life outside of work. Therefore, we offer five weeks of vacation to all employees in addition to 9 paid holidays, 12 fully paid weeks of maternity/adoption leave, four weeks of paternity leave, and a range of flexible work options.

5 weeks of vacation and you're actually encouraged to use them
You start with 5 weeks vacation and add a day every year until you hit 6 weeks, which is incredible! Health insurance and 401k are pretty average, but the vacation, workplace flexibility and gym facilities are great. Oh and a 10% discount on some of your groceries at Kroger!
Vacation Time--5 weeks to start and then 1 additional day every year after you've been here 2 years, up to a total of 6 weeks. That's in addition to holidays and sick time (7 days), and you also get to take a day off for your birthday.
