Blue Cross/Blue Shield for medical, Eye to Eye for Vision, Prudent for 401K. There are levels of coverage for everything to cover my family and me it amounted to like 400ish bucks a month but the coverage was very good.

The health care benefits are definitely a bonus. They also have 401K matching and profit sharing at the end of the year as well.

401 K is matched very well. You make good money here if you persevere and sell. There are bonuses every month. You learn a lot about building a house and customer service.

Excellent insurance packages that are not overly expensive. There is usually a 401k match and profit sharing. Paid holidays off.

    Good company Vacation time off

StarStarStarStarStar Current Front Desk in San Antonio, Texas

1-2 vacation days paid in your first two years. 5 sick days. Medical insurance is a little higher than other employers. The life insurance policy rate is low so that's not bad, it is affordable compared to outside providers. The vision and dental plans are also good since rates are low. They lack having someone that could share the possible benefits they can choose and different plans available specially for employees that lack computer skills and english is not their first language (require a translator).
