1-2 vacation days paid in your first two years. 5 sick days. Medical insurance is a little higher than other employers. The life insurance policy rate is low so that's not bad, it is affordable compared to outside providers. The vision and dental plans are also good since rates are low. They lack having someone that could share the possible benefits they can choose and different plans available specially for employees that lack computer skills and english is not their first language (require a translator).

The benefits could be worse, but seem relatively expensive. They offer medical, dental, and a decent 401k, but it could all be better.

Insurance is pretty high paid bi-weekly. Like $200 a month+ for a single person. No 401k matching, don't be fooled on them telling you that they might have a match. Hasn't happened in 10+ years.

health insurance is decent. the 401k matching sucks.
