Full time employees have access to a decent health care plan, dental plan, 401k, company match certain years, profit sharing, paid vacations, and paid holidays.
Insurance is pretty high paid bi-weekly. Like $200 a month+ for a single person. No 401k matching, don't be fooled on them telling you that they might have a match. Hasn't happened in 10+ years.
health insurance is decent. the 401k matching sucks.
It was a bit pricey but covered my needs
The health insurance is awesome. Along with the short and long term disability that is offered. They are very easy to use and the insurance personnel in the corporate office was very knowledgeable and helpful.
They do not match 401k. The pay is below average. Health insurance is very costly.
Lack of local providers for dental and vision
Employer match could have been better.
Awesome health benefits 401k and vacation time. Great company to work for if you can afford to stick around long enough to make this job a career. Pay sucks!
Benefits (health care, eye, dental) weren't too expensive. Decent deductible.
