    you get vacation days which acrue. you get a week i believe after a year. you get a couple sick days and personal days. not bad overall.

    The longer that you are with the company, the more vacation time you accumulate. You also get 5 sick days per year.

    it is nice that after two years you have two weeks of vacation time, however you do not get additional days per year until your 11th year and then there is no additional growth. Also time does not rollover.
