Yearly office retreats are given, birthday celebrations, and gifts given for anniversaries. Extra health coverage costs put on Americans are covered by 87AM, and benefits comply with federal gov't regulations. The complaints here have nothing to do with 87AM as a company, and more so the abhorrent health care coverage of this country. It's a shame the kids don't realize that.
very poor health coverage. the 401k matching didn't go into effect until a year in, and when you try to transfer your money into a consolidated account, it was like pulling teeth. The vacation policy is poor. No extra benefits like lunches and outings.
The worst thing about the benefits package is that there isn't one.
The benefit package is the worst I have ever had at any company. So much out of pocket for health insurance and nothing is covered.
The time it takes to receive benefits. Days off are limited. Inability to work remotely unless you have been employed for 2 years. 401k only effective after full time employment for a year.
