Best thing is free lunch on Wednesdays, snacks every day. The outings are fun. Health insurance have improved and benefits are improving each year. WFH depends from team to team, some managers don't like it while many others don't mind.
401k matches at 3% but you have to be there for 3 years to get the full amount. Health Insurance choices are lousy. Unlimited vacation policy, but they track it to match what it was when you accrued.
Standard benefits for health, 401k, RSU after you worked a few years. Nothing special or attractive. There is profit sharing which is like $100 a quarter.
Fair Medical, Dental, Vision, stock plan etc. Moved to unlimited PTO plan which has pro's and con's.
