“8x8 provides a great benefits package.”
“Employee stock purchase program was great”
“Plenty of time to recharge”
Great insurance, 401k, stock purchase plan
The benefits package are pretty standard with the industry, however, the only nice thing would be if they offered PTO buy-back if you do not plan on using it and is maxed out.
Unlimited vacation and managers that actually know how to implement it that is win-win for company and employees. Health insurance is average but continued to improve.
Average medical plan. Before Covid minimal free food. Some snacks, coffee. No free lunch or meals. Very expensive kiosk where you can buy food.
Competitive 401K, Flexible time off for salaried employees, and Employee Stock Purchase Program
Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k, Stock Purchase Plan.
The best benefit is (and this is dependent on your manager and particular job type) unlimited time off if you are a salaried employee.
The company has a comprehensive benefits package. Only drawback is the company match for 401k is low, but the company is small and stock awards are common.
Great healthcare options (very employee favorable options) and great 401K and match!
The benefits package in itself isn't bad, though the administration of benefits is a nightmare. During my time with the company, they made a huge shift from one benefits provider to another, and my application for health coverage (data) disappeared and never got applied. I had to purchase private health insurance for the entire year which cost 5x more than the employer-sponsored health plans that I was promised.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
