Its okay and It can be better.
Benefits are average not great not bad
Flexible, competitive benefits. Health insurance, stock options, vacation policy are all great.
Strong 401k match, start with 3 weeks PTO, and stock options.
Great benefits! Health, dental and vision, 401(k)...
Not much choice for med coverage
Overall, Average. Unlimited PTO for most. RSUs are good, with improved vesting of 3 years. 401K is average, with some matching but not that generous and there is a vesting period. Medical benefits were updated so now more employees have them (subsidised for lower wage earners) but the quality and cost still remains only OK. No yearly reviews and cost of living adjustment not guaranteed and not that much. Provides some comp for public transportation but if you are not using light rail, it's not that useful. No gym and the reduced rate with chain gym is still expensive. Eat together lunch one time a week is OK but they run out of entrees almost weekly. Some jobs allow for work from home but there is no real policy, up to manager. ESPP performing well. No tuition assistance. Not a pet friendly environment. No programs like "Bring your child to work", "International Women's Day", cultural celebrations, Company parties, etc. but they do have a Halloween celebration oddly...
It's competitive with other tech companies in the Silicon Valley.
