the benefits were very good on a management level
Plenty of hours. Health Insurance offered. Good people. Great Kitchen manager. When the GM worked the floor, it caused problems fairly often.
Health insurance got more expensive with less coverage each year. Copay and deductibles also rose every year without salary increases. Bonuses also fell each year.
customers complain often, the kitchen get overwhelmed easily and sends out food incorrectly, resulting in angry customers and too many compt meals
It's hard to get accepted into, as you have to be at 30+ hours each week. With such a large staff working erratic hours, it's hard to establish full time work when there's hardly a chance to prove yourself.
I was kept on part-time, and therefore did not qualify for a benefits package.
Employee discount package is great! I get 21% off my phone carrier...and that's about all that's basically a good perk for a part time waitress that works there about 30 hours a week
The benefits package has change over the years. You now have to work full time in order to receive full benefits which is hard for a waitress
We receive a discount on food. Vacation time was taken away. Benefits packages are not worth getting.
health insurance is horrible!! obama care is not good at all
