The health plan is pretty standard. They offer health, dental, vision and STD/LTD. There are multiple plan options at varying price points. There is a 401k contribution of 3% of your salary whether you contribute or not - which is a new structure for me but I can appreciate the thought behind it. The best benefits at 9Gauge are the flexibility to work from home or the office or a client. There is also unlimited PTO. I think the work/life balance options far outweigh any negatives in the healthcare package.
