They walk you through the job during working hours and with training videos so you get both a theoretical view and real view of what to expect before getting put into a busy shift.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Store Manager in Tukwila, Washington State

They could really give more time for job training for management and part-time associates. Managers training new managers are given time for training but depending on your store volume, it can be hard to spend a lot of time with new managers to really get into training. Part-timers are thrown in usually, especially in higher volume stores.

  • Nov 01, 2016

They will throw you to the wolves and make you learn it yourself no matter the position. It took me months to fully understand my position while being in trouble for not knowing the whole time.
