There was always someone to cover my shift if I was sick.
they got mad when you call in sick even if it was very early
They were pretty good about it.
I unluckily had to take a few days off from being very sick earlier this year and it was hard moving the schedule around , but my team was there for me and they made sure that I got to take it off. Later in the year I was injured and couldn't work and thought because I had used a sick day before that I would have to use a PTO day. My district manager said that our company didn't do that and it would be counted as a sick day.
They aren't very understanding. You have to find someone to replace you or you have to come in

Don't really get sick days. You get 2 weeks of paid vacation a year but you have to submit it 2 weeks in advance. There's no calling in
