Great company to work for
Holidays, sick and vacation time are good, medical insurance is very expensive for not so great coverage.
Great benefits for the employees.
There Medical Premium was low for the size of the non-profit.
401k , PTO, Paid Hollidays, Dental, Vision and Life A&D
Basic benefits, but very expensive per month with extremely high deductibles. Wasn't worth it.
Good health insurance & short-term disability. Low pay.
You get to trade shift when you want to take a vaction
Health insurance was good you had all major holidays and accrued pto at 8 hours every two weeks. Also the 401k was goid
You get sick and vacation time each pay period, so the time can accrue rather quickly. It is awesome to not have to use your vacation time when you are out sick. As far as the other benefits, there are a lot of options but they are expensive.
