The firm has a flexible vacation policy which allows employees to carry over vacation days from one year to the next and to accumulate vacation time up to a certain limit. For full-time employees, the maximum vacation balances are: Less than 3 years of service: 204 hours (25.5 days); 3 years or more of service: 264 hours (33 days). These allotments are prorated for part-time employees.
