“They should cover more preventative measures”
“There vacation policy is solid-although there are times when crunch time comes and they do not allow you to take vacation. It's understandable, but I wish they would be more proactive and not force the matter on the employees”
The company is great everything is all right the environment is amazing the best part is you get paid
They are pretty good. They try to maintain a family feeling but then implement broad policies that tend to be more corporate.

Health insurance (medical, FSA and HSA), Dental, Vision, Generous PTO program for all employees, tuition reimbursement, 9 paid holidays a year.
I didn’t have them as an Intern but they start you at 4 weeks vacation and they have awesome benefits from what I could tell.
4-10 work schedule is fantastic, concern for employees is visible/tangible, healthy profit share and 401k
Great benefits. Health insurance premiums are increasing. Tuition assistance for everyone. Lots of options for 401k plans. HSA is wonderful
