There's no significant best or worst for benefits in A10 networks. If I have to say, then I think ESPP and 401K match might be best of them. A10's stock price is in long time under $4 so employers can buy ESPP as low as $3.45 and price raised to $10 in year 2017 so someone can get profit from it. 401K match is $2500 per year, better than none.
The ESPP and 401k match is pretty good.
Health insurance, dental, vision, free dinner, snacks are good. 401k company match was recently started, however has 4 years vesting time , which is the worst part.
Strong benefits package with Anthem BCBS medical, VSP vision, dental / orthodontia, even pet insurance. Employee contributions are reasonable for family coverage. FLEX medical account is great.

Snacks once a day, Dinner provided every day, decent PTO of 2 weeks, but included Sick Days in the same pool - 10 holidays a year
snacks run out if you don't get there at the right time. hard to get PTO approved because company too busy no monthly charge for basic level of health care coverage
Don't need to pay for the health insurance!
