Surprisingly, there ARE benefits offered at A10. Ah yes, it's required by law. Otherwise, there'd be nothing - this company is that cheap.
401k is the best they offer
They advertised as free food and this place is like old China that you have to line up for food and the camera is pointed on the food. This is what you call communist trained.

There's no significant best or worst for benefits in A10 networks. If I have to say, then I think ESPP and 401K match might be best of them. A10's stock price is in long time under $4 so employers can buy ESPP as low as $3.45 and price raised to $10 in year 2017 so someone can get profit from it. 401K match is $2500 per year, better than none.
