401k is great, health insurance is a bit pricey.
insurance doesn't cover much and it's expensive
Health insurance is expensive and covers little. Have to pay for it but cant use it.
Company offers a great 401K plan. Along with tutituion reimbursement. However, they seems to be pulling more and more benefits in order to save Money. Such as removing emergency pay for employees expected to work during snow storms. Or lowering the amount of PTO earned.
Expensive, bad health insurance. no maternity leave.
Worst is the number of paid holidays
The best thing is the tuition reimbursement program which is favorable to anyone who wants to advance in their education. Benefits are costly and aren't that great for families who need a good dental and health coverage (but so is a lot of other places).
Best thing is 7% company 401K match on 6% contribution. Health Insurance was good before but not so good now. No relocation assistance when you join the company.
The benefits are comprehensive with paid time off, medical, dental and vision. There is also allowance for bereavement.
Very costly healthcare, for all employeees which has a high deductible to satisfy before any heath costs are paid in full. Which leaves the employee with considerable debt in their personal finance budget.
