a few choices for health
Part times so they do not have to pay
Good plan and options for varied upfront costs.

Adequate medical options available that are moderately subsidized.
At the time i was with the company the medical and dental insurance were affordable and provide great coverage options.
They reduced the benefit for retirees. It used to be retirees received health insurance as part of the employee group. They discontinued this practice. Some employees with 30 - 35 years retired with no benefits. It was promised and than taken away.
Expensive for low coverage. Compared to other companies I've worked for, it's slightly worse (but not a whole lot worse).
Free well visits, $30 dr. visits, $40 specialists...PPO type coverage.
