  • 401K Plan(19 comments)

Employees for the most part are very supportive and good at what they do. But there are a lot of people always leaving.

  • Health Insurance(14 comments)

Best healthcare choices, their plans have the most benefits for the least amount of co pays

  • Vacation & Paid Time Off(10 comments)

3 weeks vacation the first year, it is clearly shown on line what you have accrued, and it even has a calculator that can show you how much you will have in the future, should you need to plan a vacation

Standard medical, dental and vision. No paternity leave or stock or options or some of the other perks that other companies in the bay area provide.

Medical, dental, optical,401K match, PTO plus generous vacation time. Their benefits are full and comprehensive, you pay only a small portion toward the premiums

Standard benefits (health, dental, vision) with 401k match. PTO limits were recently reduced.

Benefits are good like others

Former Employee

I didn't find anything wrong with the benefits, for me they worked well. From my experience and my plan I was able to get everything I needed when needed during my time there

Current VP in Walnut Creek, California

Happy with the medical (70% paid), Employee assistance programs and annual incentive/bonus structure. There has even been additional 401k matching as part of annual bonus!! Just not competitive with other parental leave benefits in the bay area

Aug 22, 2019
Former Sales Agent in Salt Lake City, Utah

AAA offered competitive benefits. The health insurance went up over the years, but that is the case industry-wide. Maternity leave benefits, 401K, and bonuses were all very generous.
