“The kitchen is stocked with soups, rice, salad bar, vending machines, bagels, and pop machines. My personal favorite is the stash of hot chocolate.”
“They are really good at giving you all the vacation you need and depending on your contract you either accrue PTO or you have unlimited. I have never run out of PTO and all you need to do is log it so people in the office know that you are unavailable. ”
AAPC ate the cost so we wouldn't have to pay more for our insurance this year which is super cool. They also added a 401k match and they are really good about giving you time off. Overall I am super happy with the perks.
Time off, Benefits, overall AAPC cares about it's employees
The best part was an open PTO plan. The worst thing was a non-matched 401K with few choices to invest.
insurance, vision, dental, etc and free food
Everything is covered and the flexibility of plans is decent. I'm greatful to have good benefits provided by the company.
Company benefits wanting. No matching 401K. No profit sharing. Ownership takes ALL profits out of this company and is killing the Golden Goose in the process. Company does not reward employees fairly.
Benefits are prety reasonable with up to 4 medical plan options to choose from, dental, vision, life isurance, and accident coverage, no 401(k) match which is pretty archaic
Overall working here is great, very fast paced but what job isn't. One day hopefully we can have a 401K match.
Used to have soup, salad and sandwich offerings daily. Have cut it significantly and although they say they are trying to offer more benefits, they are disappearing little by little. Nice change to open PTO.
It's getting better. For a long time we never even had an HR manager. There was no one talk to about HR problems--which were rampant.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
