Yes. A bit of a mystery and an odd policy of being very public about the fact that very few people get the top-level. But otherwise generous and almost everyone gets at least the mid-level bonus and the amount is generous. The problem at the state level is that the bonus is fixed. So rewarding one employee ultimately comes at the expense of others. This seems unfair. THIS YEAR, every employee received an additional surprise $1,500 bonus at the end of the calendar year in thanks for meeting all dashboard goals. Who does that?
aap had a bonus vs many companies who do not.
To confusing and convoluted. Needs to be simplified.
