After 7 years of conservative employment, employees are given a one time option to take an additional 6 weeks of paid leave. Additionally, on an annual basis, employees are given 48 hours of leave, exclusively for community service option of the employee’s choice.

AARP takes good care of their employees, my favorite benefit was the 401K

AARP has a fantastic benefits package that includes at least 3 weeks of vacation, 401 k match, and a pension that employees are vested in after 5 years.

The benefit package is the best I have ever seen in a large corporation.

AARP offers great benefit package. Beside typical Health, Dental, 401K, Vacations, they offer generous tuition reimbursement, additional 4 weeks time off for 7th year known as renewal, one week for community service hours, etc. For me the best benefit I use everyday has been the subsidized cafeteria within the building. They offer wide selection of food and very reasonably priced.

High hourly wage. Not a full-time worker so do not get benefits package.
