Nothing honestly. They provide almost everything and low cost. Full coverage dental is $9 every 2 weeks.
Health benefits are affordable
It is a good company to work for.
ABC provides health, vision and dental insurance. Health is United Health, Vision is VSP and Dental is Delta Dental. I like the vision and dental but not United Health. Don’t have to wait long until eligible for 401k.
The only thing about the benefits package that I didn't like was the insurance provider wasn't a well known carrier for Health such as BlueCross, etc.
Full compliment of benefit options with multiple medical to allow the associate the option to find the best for their situation.
They have a big benefit package
I have no none, I am a temp. I was not offered a full time position with ABC I was hoping by now I would of been, it has been 6 months almost since I started and I need Insurance and sick leave I have elderly parents who have been ill over the last months and it has cost me a lot of money to take of to care for them.
The health benefits are as expensive as if you were to buy them on your own. They did see how much they increased this year & actually gave people a one time lump sum amount back to your pay check. It wasnt a ton but it was helpful. The time off is the worst I've ever seen in any place I've ever worked. You don't get separate sick time & vacation time, that you are given at the beginning of each year. You are given PTO which you can use however you want. Sick days, vacation days, doesn't matter BUT you aren't given enough. You ACCRUE about 2.3 to 2.6 hours per pay period or every 2 weeks. So you earn about 4 to 5 hours per month. To take 1 day off you have to work 1.5 to 2 months to earn that time. If you're sick or your kids sick or you didn't bring your laptop home & there's a weather event & you take PTO, you start back minus those hours you took. Eventually, it becomes very hard to take any vacation because you'll never accrue those hours.
Benefits are great - matching 401K, Holiday Bonus, FSA Account. ABC gives you a nice bank of hours that increase over time; however, the culture really doesn't allow you to take all the time off as they expect you to work crazy hours (depends on position.)
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
