Great perks, health insurance is pretty solid, but no vision/dental for freelance workers.
Good benefits with additional perks for being part of Walt Disney Company. Maternity package was better than average, but could be improved.
The best thing was definitely when they added an additional week of vacation, giving us three weeks. 401K matching is also great! Also -- While I never used them, I always gave friends my free Disney passes which they loved.
health, dental, paid leave, sick pay, disney benefits, personal time off, sabbatical time, etc was laid out but it really depended on your direct report, position on a show and involvement with talent. ABC put good money into a poorly structured annual performance evaluation. It required staff to fill in the blanks & discuss w/upper management. I've blocked that painful, brain numbing experience from my mind.
recommended employer to all the applicants
Insurance could be better, but the Disney annual pass is pretty cool if you're into that kind of thing.
Fair benefits, good eye and dental. Free Disney passes are a great perk
Company perks were limited, but the health insurance was fantastic.
ok benefits nothing great for a hectic job
they do not provide benefits to their reporters, keep them on contract instead
