“Absolutely no reason to get this package. $15-30 every week just to gain these benefits: One physical per year only No co-pay for any medication 20% off eyeglasses You are better off getting some private insurance or just not getting any. This health care package was an absolute joke with no mentioned option for dental.”
“Its the usual vacation like all place 1-4 is 10 days paid vacation. 5 years is 15 days paid vacation. ”
“There was an employer match”
Adequate Benefits for a Fortune 500
Best things to work with ABM is it's a union job, 401k and health insurance not only for yourself but also for your spouse and children.
Only supervisors and above can get an OK health insurance package, expensive for a family. General cleaners health insurance is horrible doesn’t cover much.
The benefits package was affordable but could have been better.
Great benefits for full or part time employment
On par with other companies of our size
premiums amounts are extremely high
The benefit package is about average. There is nothing that they offer that will keep you there, but they do provide the basic package minus bonus. No year end bonus, or Christmas bonus.
Aflac along with paid holidays
The best is the pay and you can get the option to work by yourself. Worst is they really have no benefits, no holiday pay, they get rid of good workers, they love lazy workers, management is terrible and unprofessional. They will make petty excuses to write you up so they can fire you especially if you retaliate against them.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
