Never had issues taking time off. Always paid. I think it all depends on what department and management you are under.
Even for low on the totem pole employees (part-time office cleaners) there was a 401(k) with an employer match. I used it. Worked well. There was also an employee stock purchase plan which -I did not use. There were health insurance plan brochures provided -- no employer match -- seemed to be a sales ploy from Allstate and others.
Health insurance could be better
The salary was good for the industry and location. The benefits package included a high deductible health plan that covered nothing. You'd be better off praying for no health problems. Prayer would be free. At one point I attempted to sign up for the HSA but they just withdrew money from my paycheck and never sent me the benefit card for use so it was kind of a bust. The other benefit is access to the employee portal, also known as the 7 circles of.... Also there was free parking. This was a good place to do daily meditations.
health insurance is expensive, don't know about the 401k (never participated)
They don't offer much but it is understandable since they are mostly a contract company
Standard packages across the industry, matching 401k.
The benefits were so over priced no one could afford them
Not alot of benefits, the package was slim here.
Bare Minimum benefits were provided
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
