No vacation turn request in a month in advance they only wanted two weeks. Request approved. Then when you go on vacation they call the day it starts and say they changed their mind no vacation they say you can't have it even though you were already told it was approved, by supervisor.

Terrible. Every 60 hours you worked you only got an hour toward PTO or vacation days. The most effective thing to do would be to request the days you needed off two weeks prior and continue to remind management and take a picture of the document to insure it was approved (in case lost or accused of no call no show) If you had no seniority you probably had no vacation ever.

It was a joke. Sick leave required a doctors note, unattainable due to the lack of insurance from the company.

They give you plenty of paid time off, but taking it is another issue. You are basically deemed to valuable to take that time off unless you are a manager.
