    80 hours vacation accrued over 26 pay periods, does not carry over. Impossible to take any meaningful vacations. 40 hours sick time annual, balance resets to zero at annual anniversary.

    None here in California, only 3 paid sick days a year required by state law, if you beg them for months they may finally pay you!

    If you can call it vacation go ahead. It is really just a form of working from home or from a remote location. They even tried to get me to work on my honeymoon. Started looking for a new job after that.
