Good but not great health insurance. Several option to choose from. 401k match, 6 paid holidays. Also have some optional coverages like vision, supplemental life, etc
The PTO accrual is not competitive and tops out at 3 weeks unless you negotiate 4 weeks at hiring. And that's even more frustrating when new employees are getting more PTO than 20 year employees.
401K was standard as any other company, health insurance was expensive and the coverage was horrible. Insurance per week was almost $70.00 for one person.
The package is expensive and you still pay 20% out of pocket. My paycheck went down by 200 per week .
The benefits packages have changed for the worse but with the new merger the benefits package will be much better.
