    Only accrued paid time off. Time accrued is 40 hours for the first year, 80 hours for the second through fifth years, and then it goes up each year until it gets to 120 hours a year. Only half of your accrued PTO can roll over from one year into the next.

    Would like at least one week for each year of service up to 5 weeks since sick leave does not exist.

    The base salary on an hourly wage with overtime included but when you take time off you loose the overtime so when you come back you only get a partial paycheck
