“3 sick days... A YEAR. NO PTO up front, not even for salary, all has to be accumulated.”

  • Job Training  (8 comments)

“ACES strives to give a comprehensive overview of ABA principles and strategies.”

  • Sick Days  (6 comments)

“3 sick days per calendar year, resets at the beginning of the year. In Hawaii only Supervisors/admin get this benefit- Behavior Interventionists do...”

They match 3% of 401k. You get health, dental, vision and have two different insurances to choose from. They also offer life insurance. You are able to get insurance as a supervisor, administrator and any behavioral interventionist averaging 30 hours per week.

No Benefit and very restrict policy on employment

You are basically not eligible for benefits at ACES as a BI because it is very difficult to maintain 40 hours long enough to qualify.

Medical coverage is comical- 3 sick days a year, the legal MINUMUM (this here shows how little they care about employees)

Low pay. They don't care if you get hurt.

The way they calculate how you qualify for any benefits makes no actual sense to anyone that didn't play a hand in creating it.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Behavioral Interventionist in Santa Rosa, California

For part time employees, the only thing you accrue is 24 hours of sick pay.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Behavioral Interventionist in Irvine, California

There aren't any benefits if you work part time. It takes forever to get full time status.

Provides 401K, health care (e.g. medical, dental, vision) for employees and families, flexible spending account, and disability insurance plan also.

You do not get a lot of benefits as a behavior interventionist. You get insurance if you qualify, not dental. You do get paid gas and mileage. You also get an iPad and other accessories to work with (school supplies, folders, binders, bags etc.)
